With your staff, in 15 minutes

A suggested split of the time; adjust it to your meeting.

1. Minutes 0 to 2. Show Start here: the site is organised by situation (diagnosis, visual schedule, school meeting, teaching). Each person thinks of a real case from their classroom.
2. Minutes 2 to 9. In pairs, each opens one of these tools and tries what it would do for their case:
   • Visual supports: Sequences, rules, first-then
   • Visual schedule: Schedules with ARASAAC pictograms
   • Social stories: 40 templates, drawings, your voice, PDF and reading mode
   • Visual timer: Countdown with colours
   • Calm corner: Breathing, waves, stars. Fullscreen
3. Minutes 9 to 12. Look at the downloadable resources and the classroom resources, and pick a sheet to print this week.
4. Minutes 12 to 15. Whoever works as SEN teacher or counsellor can open what a SEN teacher would do; for families who ask about after-school leisure, Out of school. Close with an agreement: what gets tried and who reports back.

• Holds no pupil dataWhat you type in the tools stays on your device. One exception: do not put photos or health data of minors on the whiteboard with a code.
