Use of ARASAAC pictograms
inklui uses pictograms from the Aragonese Portal for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ARASAAC) through its public API for the Pictotranslator service built into this site.
The pictograms are the property of the Government of Aragón and are distributed under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence (Attribution – NonCommercial – ShareAlike):
Attribution (BY): the authorship of ARASAAC and the Government of Aragón is credited wherever pictograms are shown.
NonCommercial (NC): inklui is a not-for-profit educational project. No direct financial gain is derived from the use of the pictograms.
ShareAlike (SA): any adaptation of the pictograms is shared under the same CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licence.
The pictograms are fetched in real time through the ARASAAC API (api.arasaac.org) and are not stored permanently on inklui’s servers; the images load directly from ARASAAC’s servers (static.arasaac.org).
Affiliates
inklui’s resources and tools contain no advertising or affiliate links.
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Bilbao (Spain).
