Generate random groups for the classroom. Exclude combinations, save history. Based on Kagan (1994).
Evidence: Cooperative learning with heterogeneous groups improves academic performance and social skills (Kagan, 1994). Random groupings with rotation prevent clique formation and promote interaction among all students (Johnson & Johnson, 2009). Grouping history ensures combinations don't repeat.
